The Story of Celebrancy
Celebrancy in the UK is still a reasonably young fledging. It's been making it's way from Australia since 1973 when the Australian Government acceded that church attendance was on the decline and decided to allow the people the right to state their own choices and preferences. In the UK, Celebrancy is just over 20years old and aims to achieve the same ideals that the Australian Government instigated by allowing people in the UK to celebrate their 'life events' in a way that is meaningful to them regardless of faith, culture and belief.
